Prerequisite Expectations
Q: I am interested in applying for the Financial Math program next Fall 2011. I took a look at the Web site and but could not find the list of undegrad courses I should take prior to applying to the program. Would you help me find it?
A: The prerequisites of the core classes are listed on the site for newly admitted students (link). Talented students that do not have the prerequisites might be admitted with the purpose of taking some remedial classes, but such students should expect to be in the program longer than students who do have the background.
